Your First Call to Vintage Construction: 

Have you seen one of the 12 Early Warning Signs of Foundation or Crawlspace Damage in your home?  Calling Vintage Construction is a great first step. You’ll be greeted by a friendly team of customer service professionals who will help you schedule a visit and inspection by one of our trained technicians.  We’ll schedule our visit at a time that’s convenient for you.

Visiting Your Home:

A trained Vintage Construction foundation & waterproofing technician will visit your home during your appointment window.  We’ll be clean, professional, in uniform, and ready to answer all of your questions.

Your Free Home Health Check Up: 

Vintage Construction will perform a comprehensive Home Health Check Up that identifies the underlying issues causing foundation or water damage in your home.  Often, the issues are in the ground beneath your home, so we’ll take pictures, draw diagrams and help you understand the factors affecting your home’s health.   We’ll present a plan for repairing your home; our goal is to provide a complete solution with the tools necessary to get the job done.  We’ll give you a complete estimate, and we won’t recommend work that you don’t need. Our goal is to give you the most complete information available so that you can make the best decision for your home.

Scheduling Your Repairs: 

The Vintage Construction Operations Team will work with you to schedule your repairs at a time that works the best for your schedule.  We maintain open lines of communication so that you understand where your project stands at all times.  Our top priority is treating your home as if it were our very own.

Project Completion:

At the completion of your project, we’ll completely clean our workspace.  We’ll answer any questions you have about the repairs and walk you through a final inspection.

Project Follow Up: 

After project completion, we’ll provide any warranty information (if applicable) and answer questions about the long-term care of your home.  We also want to hear how we did!  Please give us feedback on our work and share your experience on our Facebook page or blog.
