Aside from his duties as owner of Vintage Construction, Scott is also extremely active in the field, interacting with our clients, coaching our field teams and seeking out new and better ways to operate. Scott is our resident groundswell of technical knowledge, and regularly attends various industry shows and training functions in order to keep Vintage on the forefront of technical innovation.

 

Regina Pierce, Dir. of Business Relations

Regina serves as our Office/Business manager. She is responsible for Human Resources, Accounting and Payroll. Regina makes sure our office runs at peak efficiency.

David heads up the foundation (pardon the pun) of Vintage Construction, our technicians. His specialized field teams are efficient, timely and polite and, like David, will go the extra mile to be sure your experience with Vintage is top notch.

Julie works closely with our clients, project managers and crews from initial contact to project completion ensuring success and satisfaction for each customer. She also represents Vintage with the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and other community organizations and events.

Kelly heads up our team of Project Managers; our home health experts. If we’re not the best when it comes to diagnosing your unique situation and creating the solution, it doesn’t really matter how well the work is done. Kelly and his team make sure we get it right in the beginning, and then stay with you every step of the way to ensure successful project completion.

 

Preston Rowland, Project Manager

Preston has over fifteen years of residential construction experience.  He prides himself on providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile for his customers.  Preston has vast knowledge in dealing with historic homes and serves on the Board of directors for the Sam Davis Home.  He has served on the Rutherford County Codes Enforcement Board and the Rutherford County Public Building Authority who is in charge of building all Rutherford County buildings.

 

Sonny Sharp, Project Manager

Sonny brings a broad spectrum of experience to the Vintage team. With over 20 years of experience as a general contractor he has work on projects all over the world ranging from commercial and hotel projects to residential renovations and additions. We are also pleased to mention that before joining Vintage as a project manager, Sonny was also customer.

 

Jeff Sharp, Project Manager

Jeff has a BS in Engineering Physics with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering from Murray State University. He is also a certified Home Energy Rating Service (HERS) rater. His experience ranges from building log homes in North Carolina to custom homes in Soutern California, all before settling in Mount Juliet, TN to become a general contractor. He did residential and small commercial new construction as well as commercial build outs and residential remodeling, prior to joining the Vintage team. Jeff too was a customer before hand.
